How do you select your Caregivers?
Haven home care conduct a comprehensive selection process, this ensures that all persons selected are suitable for the role of a caregiver and that they have a compassionate nature with innate gift to care for others. All caregivers are required to have references and a full Garda screening.
What training do you provide for the caregivers?
All caregivers are given an induction training which introduces our company's policies and procedures, these cover topics such as client confidentiality,personal care,infection control.

What services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of care to help people maintain their independence and continue to live as normal life as possible. Care plans range from a few hours a day up to 24 hours seven days a week. Our services can include housekeeping,home baking and cooking,companionship,grocery shopping,personal care,care for people with special needs,respite care,pet and plant care to a live in service.
How many caregivers do i need?
This depends on the care plan that you need, for example if you require help a few hours a day then one caregiver sufficient. Where as if you require live in help a rota of caregivers would be required.
