Having received an enquiry we are happy to arrange a visit by our care manager so that we can discuss the type of care the client requires.
Our care manager will come and assess your loved one's individual needs whether they are at home or in hospital. They will advise on what level of care may be appropriate and the taskes and activities that the caregiver should carry out. We also at this time encourage family members to discuss any concerns that they may have.
We then select a caregiver who we feel will best fit the clients requirments. The caregiver is assigned on a permanent basis and can acces training for specific needs if necessary. Introductory visits are paramount to ensure the caregiver fully understands the care plan and will meet all the clients needs. The care manager will accompany the assigned caregiver on their first visit to the client, this enables us to introduce both parties in a relaxed and informal manner.
The care manager will undertake spot checks and continue to make regular visits to make sure we are providing the client with the highest standard of care. These visits also enable us to make certain any changes to the care plan are identified and requirments met.
Our care plans are client centred which promote independence, encourage clients to assist in implementing their care as well as outlining the tasks to be achieved whilst on duty.
Our care manager can assist with any entitlements that may be available to you including help in claiming tax relief at up to 41% and possible eligibility for a HSE home care package.
