Tax Relief

You can avail of Tax relief of up to 41% on payments to Haven Home Care of up to 50,000 per Annam. The tax credit can be adjusted so that the relief will apply on a monthly basis rather than annually. Once approved the tax relief can be applied for immediately so you will receive the benefit as part of your normal salary or at the end of the year if you choose. Clients may also avail of home care grants which can be applied for through the relevant local Health Centres.

Tax Relief may be claimed if you, your spouse or a relative are incapacitated for a tax year by reason of physical or mental infirmity.

A relative includes a relation by marriage and a person in respect of whom the claimant is or was the legal guardian.
